Ms. Nelly Sneh, CEO

Nelly is a business executive and mentor with over 30 years of experience in high tech, infrastructure, construction and environment. Nelly brings all of her extensive experience and business approach to the Company.

At the beginning of her carreer, Nelly acted as business and legal consultant in technology related transactions such as private placements, public offerings, joint ventures, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, manufacturing facilities acquisition and new business creation. Her client base included global American, Japanese, European and UK companies. Gradually, Nelly’s activity expanded into managing infrastructure, environmental, coastal, construction and manufacturing projects.

Nelly served as chairman and board member of companies in the natural gas, transportation infrastructural, financial, healthcare, pharma and information technologies sectors.

Nelly has a Law Degree, as well as certifications in engineering technologies of oil, natural gas and fuel technologies, finance, mediation and… wine.

Nelly speaks English, Italian and French. Her hobbies include art, wine and travelling.
